How it works

You connect your own payment account (Stripe, Razorpay, UPI, PayPal.me, Venmo, or Cash App), and buyers pay you through that method. knit.bio takes no platform commission. Your provider may still charge processing or currency-conversion fees; taxes and refunds remain your responsibility.

Once a method is connected, it appears on your product pay page automatically. Card checkout via Stripe also unlocks digital delivery (secure files after payment).

Set it up

    Choose a method

    Pick the option that fits your audience: Stripe (global cards), Razorpay (India, full gateway), UPI (India, instant), PayPal.me (global), or Venmo/Cash App (US).

    Connect it

    Set it up in Settings → Integrations → Payments.

Tips to get the most out of it

  • Offer the method your audience already trusts: UPI for India, Venmo/Cash App for the US, Stripe/PayPal for everywhere else.
  • You can connect more than one; buyers pick what suits them, which lifts completion.
