Manage seats, downgrades and activity
Keep work and access decisions visible.
How it works
People shows active memberships and pending invitations against the total seat allowance. Suspension frees a seat; restoration checks capacity again.
Before a downgrade, use Choose who keeps access after a downgrade to save retention priority. When the lower plan takes effect, the owner remains, excess active members are suspended, and excess pending invitations are revoked. Without a selection, earlier joined members take priority. Work remains in the workspace.
Activity shows the latest 100 recorded invitation, access, review and selected workspace-edit actions. It records who acted and when, without copying private messages, financial values or credentials into the log. It is not a log of every view or browser download.
An owner must remove their teammates before deleting their account. Deleting a member’s personal account removes its memberships and clears historical actor references; contributions remain in the creator’s workspace.
Set it up
- 1
Check seats before inviting
Pending invitations reserve capacity until accepted, cancelled or expired.
- 2
Save retention priority
Open People → Choose who keeps access after a downgrade, select the future allowance and preferred teammates, and save. This does not change your subscription.
- 3
Review activity
Owners and authorized admins can inspect Activity to trace recorded changes.
