The unified ledger
One feed across every source of income, never double-counted, never summed across currencies.
How it works
The Ledger combines money paid or owed from four sources: Deals once they reach Invoiced or Paid, paid Store orders, Affiliate payouts, and manual entries such as platform bonuses, tips, or licensing fees. Earlier-stage deals appear in Forecast rather than as booked income.
An item shows as overdue when its due or expected date has passed and no payment is recorded. The same rule applies to all four sources.
Totals stay separate by currency. A creator paid in ₹ and $ sees two totals side by side instead of one misleading number.

Review the feed
Filter by source or currency to see exactly where your income is coming from.
- 3
Add a manual entry
Log income that has no other source, such as a bonus, tip, or one-off licensing fee. Mark it as expected or received.
Tips to get the most out of it
- Don’t log a deal before it’s Invoiced or Paid. Earlier-stage deals already appear in Forecast, and logging them here would double-count the income.
- Use a manual entry only for income with no other source. Deals, store orders, and affiliate payouts already feed into the Ledger.
